The rooms in the harbor were not clean and had a balcony door that didn't work, making access challenging. The hotel had a persistent unpleasant smell throughout my stay. On the bright side, the service was efficient, with prompt issue resolution. The location was ideal for beachgoers but lacked some amenities, slightly affecting the overall experience.

I ended up staying in a room right under the 2nd-floor stairwell, which was dated and bordering on disrepair. Despite paying a high price for it, I felt it wasn't worth the cost. On the bright side, the buffet breakfast was decent, and I loved the proximity to the Bay, marina, airport, Siesta Key, and Bradenton Beach.
